Giuseppe Ragozzino

Giuseppe Ragozzino serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at SineMath Management Company LLC. He oversees the firm’s financial operations, reporting infrastructure, compliance framework, governance processes and the control environment supporting both the investment manager and the Fund.Mr. Ragozzino brings a multidisciplinary background spanning accounting, statutory audit, business valuation, wealth management and strategic analysis. Formerly in practice as an Italian Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he also holds a second-level University Master’s Degree in Wealth Management from Niccolò Cusano University. His research interests include macroeconomic developments, geopolitical risk and capital markets. At SineMath, he provides the investment team with research and strategic perspectives relevant to portfolio risk and market context, while retaining primary responsibility for financial oversight, regulatory compliance, governance coordination and the firm’s broader control framework.
